   SHIPPING AND REFUNDS POLICY


      DELIVERY TIME
     Please allow up to 48 business hours (excluding weekends or holidays) to process and ship your order.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. Delivery time on Standard International shipping is approximately 3-4 weeks. There is no tracking number for Standard International shipping.
We offer Expedited International shipping (USPS International Priority) to most locations. Pricing is displayed at checkout. Please make sure to put the correct shipping address info in order to avoid these extra charges.

    

     TAXES AND DUTIES
     International orders may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.

    

     RETURNS AND REFUNDS
     We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from REVOLUTIONHAIRCARE.COM. We understand problems occasionally occur with orders and deliveries. We also understand that sometimes customers change their mind after making a purchase. Our commitment is to provide the best, hassle-free resolution we can. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges. Original shipping or return shipping is not included.

     The item must be returned in good condition, unopened and in original boxes, is also suggested Customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure Hair Revolution receives the package. RevolutionHairCare.com is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.

     Please allow up to four (4) weeks (after we have received your return package) for your return to be processed and your account refunded. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product. Exchanged products cannot be further returned for exchange or refund. Policy is subject to change.

     We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item, your refund will be provided using the same payment method that you used for your purchase. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account.
    Hair Revolution Customer Service reserves the right to decline a return if the terms and conditions stated in this policy return guarantees have not been met.
